A bill is someone who just kills you, you ever met someone that just has weird tendencies or just has weirdo moments. A bill is someone who tires to be someone that they’re not. A nigga from the suburbs who try to act like he a killer all of a sudden.

A bill can also be used in a friendly manor also, say if your friend does some funny wierd shit or Says some random shit you Can say “you’re billing me.”
