Franky syndrome is when a male, typically latino, has tested positive for retardism and it has started to effect his friends because he is so dumb. Franky will make racist, sexist, and dumb joke like " I really want to suck that monkey girl's butt"

Eventually the friends of this retard will become dumb, racist, and sexist as well saying that they want to suck a monkey's anus.
