Gutter Rat

Someone who gets insanely drunk and does things they won’t remember on a daily basis. Usually homeless, smelly, and dirty. Will sleep wherever even if it means outside or on anything they can find.

That guy is a gutter rat, he drinks constantly and has no recollection of what he does.
