When you're looking up something online, click on images, and see the first few results. At first, it isn't too bad. But sooner or later, once you scroll into the deeper in, you'll start finding some fucked up stuff, like rule 34 of what you looked up. You won't be able so unsee any of that.

Often used to refer to someone being in the depths of a addiction, on the run from authorities, or anyone who feels trapped in a situation with no way out. The stakes of being in a "pistol deep" situation are normally very high. This pistol part of the "pistol deep" is meant to emphasize this severity, giving a connotation that things could turn fatal or end badly.
