Soem gasses, such as Carbon DiOxide (CO2) resident in earths' atmosphere act like greenhouse glass and trap some of the heat that the sun shines on us (by creating more molescules for it to travel through, on the plus side it moves faster, not that you would notice). There are too many fo these gasses for the plantlife on earth to absorb, and so slowly the earth is heating up, and by 2030, 15 million Bangladeshis will be homless. Like you should care...

Get the Moss effect mug. When playing a competitive sport, more likely then not, there is usually a star that carries the team to victory. Usually, that is called the star player of the team, or MVP. The Fink Effect is when the MVP helps the team overcome defeat all by himself.
So, When a team is losing a game without their star player, but then the star player comes in and makes the difference for the team to overcome and win, that is called The Fink Effect.
It doesn't have to be the MVP or star player that constitutes it as the Fink Effect. For a team to make a comeback from losing, because of only one player, that is called The Fink Effect. Thus, as long as one person makes the difference, then the Fink Effect is taking place.
