A period of minor depression following the end of a sports season. It is most common in high school athletes.

Person 1: “Damn, I just ain’t been right since the track season ended”
Person 2: “You got some post-season depression”

Depression is an emotion overused in the human body, its like an emotion of emptiness and loneliness that never goes away, its the feeling that you think it wont go away.

Begging god to make you happy, as a sign of his existence and for your own help.
Depression is what you cant get rid of easily.

But knowing that someday itll go away and you'll be happy again, that the trauma that was caused by your childhood you'll finally leave in the past, that someday youll find the one person that makes you happier than youve ever been

Depression

Depression comes different for everyone but mainly there are two way(there can be more but these are the main ones in my opinion) 1. Even when your happy you still feel a little sad it’s always just there or 2. You can’t control your emotions or feel like you can control them. They just creep up on you making you feel forever sad and alone. There are many other ways however those are the main two in my opinion.

Depression is much more than feel sad it’s feeling like you aren’t good enough like you can’t go on
