PbHW is the type of authoritarian cop who would impede traffic and enforce speed limits. Having a dream job as a Stanford SHI RC (room consuler), he cheated on his partner five times in 1995, 6 times in 1996, and 7 times in 1997. He is also known for creating geometry dash levels named Inside Out 2 (1996) C470 (1997), and Jimmy Carter (1997). He died on May 28, 1997 aged 17 from a gunshot wound.
