Billy Bob Joe was last seen arguing with the coast guard, saying quote, "I'll blow up Africa in ten years if you don't tell me where Washington D.C is". He later found and raided Washington D.C, killing twelve on duty officers and wounding five more, before escaping through a mine shaft.
