"Sup" from contraction of "What is up?". "Man" used in brotherly sense, as in "homie".
Term used in same situations as "What's up?" but shorter and cooler.

The Sup Bud expression is only for the ones who know what's up! Some say its robotic and it is what it is. Basically for the average assclown it's basically saying Hi how's it going?

'Sup Ho' derived from a brother, saying hello to his many ho's. Or another brother in a derogatory term.
When Darien walked up to his friend, Lashawnda, who he had slept with last night, he decided to say 'sup ho!'
