Snarky Six

Only the coolest group around, consisting of six girls. This group originated in Coos Bay, Oregon and is the closest group of friends you will find. They enjoy chillin', dancin', YouTubin', pretty much anything. They can usually be found hanging out with the Gruesome Twosome. Watch out though, apparently they are the bitchiest, snobbiest, stuck-up gals around, don't even ask to be in their group...they'll kill you.

sharkey

To sharkey is to mix by pouring two or more elements (usually of an alcoholic nature) back and forth between two cups, resulting in a homogeneous mixture throughout. The most common drinks to sharkey are the rum & Coke and the ginger ale & whiskey.

If you don't sharkey that drink, you're just going to get Coke on top and rum at the bottom.

"Snark" is a word invented by Lewis Carroll as the name of an elusive and stealthy monster and has nothing to do with sarcasm or behavioral traits. Writers in Britain's Victorian era often used the word "sarky" (not "sNarky") as a shortened version of "sarcastic." (Just as the name "Elspeth" is a short version of "Elizabeth.") Ergo, "snarky" should refer to something or someone who is elusive or stealthy.

“There’s no need to be sarky,” I said sulkily. "We're doing our best."

Lockheed Martin's latest experimental fighter is snarky because it utilizes the latest generation of stealth technology.
