A term used commonly in the Xbox Live community, and gaming community in general.
Basically as another word for a n00b or a BK stating that someone is a random loser, or ill-talented person at games and/or life itself.

Ryan: "Haha, dudeee, look at this fuckin' randy pandy who just joined our game!!"
Ruben: "I knowww, he's such a n00b, probably doesn't even know how to play Gears!"

Pendejo Hill Assist

an individual driving dowhill and realizes that gravity has accelerated the vehicle without his/her knowledge ie.. not accelerating via gas pedal. at which point has to regain control thus applying heavy break pressure and causing a chain reaction slowdown on the highway.

wow! We sure do have alot drivers with Pendejo Hill Assist driving today.
