F.O.N.S.

Fear Of Negative Selftalk often related to vague promises you made to yourself. Sometimes related to unlearned internal narratives from emotionally abusive upbringing.

I didn't tell anyone I was coming but I knew if I didn't I'd have F.O.N.S. about it. Even though I just wanted to leave as soon as I got here.

I wanted to lay around and play video games but the FONS got me, but then I couldn't be productive either cause I was stuck in that cycle.
