Neutral soil PH, acidity and alkalinity, for farming, gardens, and/or landscaping after the use of fertilizers.

The goal of Soil Neutral farming is to ensure extra chemicals are not left in the soil to run off and ruin water supplies or acidify oceans causing additional algae blooms.

Neutral-Carry

Neutral-Carry is the act of thinking something is not bad, but isn't good, but you would choose it over anything else. Basically just a concept of something being neutral but being better then everything else.

e.g1: Hm, this food is more of a Neutral-Carry option.
e.g2: Call of Duty: Blacks Ops Coldwar is a Neutral-Carry to everything else tbh.
e.g3: This appeal is a Neutral-Carry to all the other appeals. Let him/her back in

Neutral Stupid

A character in Dungeons & Dragons of the "True Neutral" alignment, played poorly due to a fundamental misunderstanding of what "True Neutral" means.
A Neutral Stupid character is borderline obsessed with maintaining the "balance of the world" and will unpredictably switch sides if they believe that the "good guys" are too strong, sometimes in the middle of combat.

Neutral Stupid Druid: "Oh, uh, I heal the orc!"

Ranger: "You WHAT?"

DM: "There's literally three orcs on you right now, buddy."
