Best person in the whole wide world. Tablet Computer, as in a Microsoft Surface or similar, it's a tablet but also a computer. When you use the apps, it's a tablet, but when you use full windows, it's a computer.

I just defined the word tabuter while working on my tabuter.

The act of someone taunting in conversation out of no where. To have a normal convo and then all of. A sudden a burst of anger or insult is aimed and fired.

Jim casually approached Annie with a hello, as she was clearly getting talting back at him with a “loser” insult thrown at him.
