Generally speaking, a black person that is a complete whitey. They tend to be non gangsta as the others and talk/act completely white. It’s the opposite of being a wigger or wankster really, only the white people rubbed off on the black. They are black on the outside and white on the inside, just like the cookie!

Its also a cookie that is purdy good. With chocolate cookies and a creamy filling!

Contrary to how everyone else on this site defines it, an oreo is an african american who betrays the black community by not embracing black heritage/insulting black heritage. It has nothing to do with how successful a person is or how they were raised. Any black that says oreos are simply people who are intellectuals, successful, etc is an oreo because they are basically saying blacks accept successful membereof the community.

Former RNC chairman Michael Steele is an oreo.
