A criminal charge where a creepy man either sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault a woman. Usually used in jail to degrade another inmate who looks suspicious.
Carl: Can I sit here at this table to eat my dinner?
Jacob: No way. You look like you've got a get off me charge. Better scram.
Carl: Okay. I'm sorry.
Jacob: Move it!

I don't give a flying fuck what pisses you off. If you knew what pissed me off (and you DO) you would do it intentionally and laugh about it you retarded bitch.
Hym "I don't care. Really. I don't. What about it pisses you off? That it inspired people to do great things? That I've literally written 15% of the public discourse with my own 2 hands? That the intimations of my work are so numerous that I can hardly escape the plurality of my own existence? That if you started writing the well would run dry before you even finished your first page? 'That shit pisses me off' I thought everyone was better than the fat loser incel who sits around and plays video-games all day! What happened!? It doesn't LOOK like you're better. I thought I was worse. For years you had me thinking I was worse. And now you're pissed off. Tell the world and see if they give a shit. That's what I did. Let's measure your results against mine."

When someone really gets know you: your story, your weaknesses, your insecurities. Everything about who you are, not just the shell. And then they are still trying to impress you, to care for you, and show affection.
So how do you know that someone has swept me off my feet?
When someone sweeps you off your feet, you know love.

You use this phrase when someone repeats a story over and over or if a person is just spouting bull shit. Instead of saying "You're full of it.", you can say (in a sarcastic tone) "Well....stop the world and let me off".
It's also an appropriate response to a big surprise.

"Did you hear the news? Sally is pregnant!"
"After all these years!? Well, stop the world and let me off!"
