Dream Journal

A recollection of the dreams and memories from periods of REM sleep. These memories are generally clearest shortly after awakening and are encouraged to be recorded in this time period. A dream journal is usually a black composition notebook with pen or pencil tucked inside of it, located between the mattress and the box spring of the bed. Some people believe that keeping a dream journal will increase their chance of dream lucidity. Others keep a dream journal for the sake of entertainment or introspection

Dalton (reading a dream journal): "May 3, 2010 - May 4, 2010 "Last night I dreamt that I was at a party when the furniture turned into nutella. Shortly thereafter, my horny sex girlfriend showed up wearing nothing but a smile!"
Spencer: Shit man! Good thing you keep a dream journal or that epic dream would have been lost in the monotony of day-to-day life!
