when a person of particular interest to yourself, says they are going to do something with you and then repeatedly flops over and over again.

Joe: Victoria ditched me again man
John: Whoa man it seems like shes coming down with a serious case of flopalitus.
Joe: Oh f**k is it cureable?
John: she may be gone forever.
