People end up with a police state if they don't wake up and fight to keep their government in check. Sometimes it just keeps getting darker, there's no guarantee the light at the end of any tinnel is going to be daylight.

Failure at the "service ability limit state" is quite different form failure at the "ultmate limit state"...

Donald J. Trump has won the 2024 presidential election against Kamala Harris; therefore, he will become the 47th President of the United States. This makes him the second U.S. president to serve two non-consecutive terms.

Refers to an "acquired from the past" habit/routine/action/policy, usually of questionable morals/ethics. It originates from a practice that a former U.S. prez began many years ago, and so then one or more C-in-C's have partaken of same sinfulness on numerous occasions since then because they figger that it is something they can get away with and thus they should be able to do it themselves.
A few "classic" and disgraceful examples of a precedent of the United States would be Kennedy's philandering (and so Clinton and Dubya followed suit), Nixon's dirty politics (and so Reagan did likewise, as well), and Reagan's running rough-shod over everyone (just as The Donald is doing now).

Refers to a nation whose government taxes honest hardworking people after they worked hard through school to become highly skilled and valuable contributors to the nation's workforce. These people typically have little time for anything else other than work to earn income to pay heavy taxes to finance the welfare state. Meanwhile, lazy people who didn't study hard in college don't bother working and instead date the good looking people the hardworking wanted, then impregnate them, then send the hardworking the bill for the dinner, the movie, the birth control they never used, housing, child support, groceries and clothing, as the lazy monopolizers of beautiful people are the beneficiaries of the welfare state. In turn, the hardworking fork over half their hard earned savings as taxes so the government can send welfare checks to these welfare breeders so they can do drugs while you continue to work your ass off.

A Republican state that is a net-loss to the United States, taking more money then they give.
This is usually extremely hypocritical since these "welfare-states" are vehemently against welfare and promote "pulling yourself up by the bootstraps" as a socially accepted standard.
States dependent on federal aid:
1. Montana 46.1% - republican
2. Wyoming 44.5% - republican
3. Louisiana 43.7% - republican
4. Mississippi 43.3% - republican
5. Arizona 43.1% - republican

Damn, Texas is once again asking for federal aid, they are such a welfare-state, they can't do anything without the other state, they couldn't go independent even if they wanted to!
