Gang stalking is a paranoid delusion that everyone is stalking a person and trying to drive them insane.

People with this delusion will notice helicopters flying overhead, cars driving by, heavy traffic on the road, and dogs barking. Normal stuff. But they think it’s a concerted effort by everyone around them to drive them insane.
