When a person is 'Hot Ugly' it means that if you looked at them physically and didn't take into consideration their voice, personality or confidence level, they would be ugly, however with the full package they are hot!

People who are 'Hot Ugly' have the advantage of still being hot into old age because it was not their appearance that made them hot in the first place so even when their looks fade, their magnetism, charism, humour etc. do not.

being ugly can posses the literal meaning of simply being an unattractive person physically. it can also mean that the actions or decisions you are making are unfavorable or just inconvenient. ugly as in, you're not doing the right thing or your just commiting negative moves.
