is the rarest of all in this category, and is achieved in the same way as Girl bacon but only can be made while the hostess is menstruating..

We especially enjoyed our hostesses Carbonara, as she had prepared her very own Lady Bacon!

When you eat something a second time and it is no where near as good as the first time you tried it.
