A person who is sensitive to magic and is able to feel it in their surroundings and "use" it by for example talking to animals.

Person 1: "I heard Bartholomew can talk to butterflies somehow."
Person 2: "Wow, thats weird. I bet he is magic-sensitive."

Otter Magic, is a lighthearted, comic and intentional corruption of the word automatic. Otter Magic is a term used by folks well versed in firearms use and terminology. The phrase its self is used to refer to semiautomatic weapons, and specifically to semiautomatic shotguns.

Guy #1: Dude, check it out! I gust got my new pump shotgun today! I'll finally be able to shoot fast like a Boss.

Guy#2: Your stupid dude. You should have went with a shotgun like mine, it's Otter Magic! I could kill a house with my shotgun if I wanted. And you could have to, if you got an Otter Magic, but you bought a garbage ass pump instead.
