Jargonistic leadership speak that refers to anything currently happening at the physical workplace or online domain. Can also refer to any new scenario or progress in a field of work. It is a deliberately abstract reference that avoids direct speak.
Boss - "Look, we need to be mindful of our responsibilities in this space.'
Boss - "This space is one we want to learn more about."
Boss - "As we enter this space we need to be sure we're prepared to deal with all potential clientele."
