An attempt to retract a social faux pas, often a rant, implying -- usually jokingly -- that the whole thing was just an act. Originates from auditioning on the stage, when an actor would add it at the end of a scene and mean it literally.

Person 1: "I hate those Sunday drivers"
Person 2: "Me too! This one guy was going like 30 MILES AN HOUR TOO SLOW and I was leaning on my horn but he was eating a donut and was all like WHY DON'T YOU WAKE UP YOU INCONSIDERATE F*CK AND GET THE F*CK OUTTA MY WAY!"
*Crickets and wide-eyed stares*
Person 2: "And... scene."

hella scene 

When the Bay Area typical emo-nubs are done getting over themselves, they might get into scene.

But it takes a lot to be 'hella scene'

You gotta like grow your hair long in front, steal chicks' pants, (and shirts), and straighteners, get cut-off knit gloves from the kiddy section at wallys-world, realize that emo was some pop-culture bullshit from mid-90's rock disaster, ..eh.

If you're hella scene, you are more scene than most scenesters, which means you probably stole (and abused) someone's eyeshadow.

Hella scene can also refer to a region, specifically the East bay of SF bay area, of Nor*cal.

it goes on, hella scene kids get mistaken for (modern) emo-tards. and then people die.

G-town Scene 

The scene group of G-Town, aka Georgetown, part of DC. The G-Town scene group is pretty much like a typical scene, except the people tend to be a little bit preppier and nicer. The people don't always go to a typical scene show either. They might go to any one of the nightclubs there. The G-Town scene people are a little different than most scene people, so don't be surprised if you see any of the following:
polos (collar popped)
shirts from Hollister, Abercrombie, etc
typical scene haircut in blonde
lots of fake pearls
lots of hair ribbons
I think you get the idea
