Padanger

When you have 10 or fewer hairs on your chin that grow similar to pubic hairs. Usually grows to 1-2 inches long, usually the same length as whoever has it's penis size. Also used as a verb when playing basketball.

1.Did you see that padanger? how gross, it looks like he should have balls under his chin.
