Red Pill men believe that women must adhere to a strict set of gender based guidelines including (but not limited to), dressing in feminine clothing, wearing minimal makeup, maintaining purity (virginity or a low 'body count'), and maintaining a submissive and obedient attitude.
The Red Pill 'group' is closely associated with the manosphere, and contains other well-known misogynist communities like: incels, men's rights activists, pick-up artists and Alpha/Sigma males.
Many of the more well known figures within this group take to social media to post content spreading their beliefs, this is known as 'Red Pill content'.
