Cap means hat. Unless you’re an idiot.. then it can mean lie?(cuz cap is such an easier/faster way of saying lie..) or bullets (if you’re a thug or a fake)

Or it can mean the maximum limit

Turn your cap around! It’s made to cover sun from your eyes, not your ass.

Or if you’re on the slower side of things.. then you say: Stop capping bro. You know you’re statements are completely false.
Or I’ll bust a cap on those idiots that keep using cap for replacing the word lie, but first I should turn my cap around to shield my eyes from the sun.

Civil Air Patrol members often suffer from this. Symptoms include but are not limited to: Standing at Parade Rest 24/7, Having your hands at the Position of Attention 24/7, Knife Hands and caring everyone Sir/Mam.
