In Modern English, the meaning of "Dar" is a stupid person, retard, or it's used for calling someone retarded.

9th grader Dequan Brown made this word. "It all started around 8th grade when I said it one day and everyone started using it." -Dequan.

Over time, people started using the word to kid with each other playfully.

Example: "Micheal your so damn dar"
Example: "Harlan is dar"
