When you call someone and the only thing you say before hanging up is something you know will irritate them severely.

An example of cell phone bombing is calling up a friend who is deathly afraid of spiders and yelling "SPIDERS! SPIDERS, EVERYWHERE!!!" and promptly hanging up.

I cell phone bombed my brother, who is very OCD in his dislike for odd numbers, by calling, saying "I see sevens," and hanging up.

A fake piece of accessory no-one uses. If people use it it's for having magical contact with people who are sitting at the other side of the room during a failed attempt at a party. It's considered fake bacause no-one has ever had contact with other beings.

I don't even own a mobile phone, but I hear dat a lot of people get charged with unsafely using said devices while operating motor vehicles --- said misbehavers have "answerving your cell phone" written in da "describe infraction" line on their driving-violation tickets.
