The idea that when one enrolls to the University of Oklahoma, they will start acting extremely stupid and unintelligent regardless of how intelligent they were in the past. It's most likely the Norman water but it could just be the environment at OU. Discovered by world renowned philosopher, Dr Naik.

Yea, Henry, Nick, and Neal all went to OU and now they all act like straight up dumbasses, I think it's the tard effect.

Bart Tard

Basically the same thing as avetard and ou tard but these people reside in Bartlesville, OK aka Brokeville. Most of these people are complete crackheads who have absolutely nothing to lose so they will just do dumb tard shit.

Similar to #oudna and still applies to all OU students. It is the idea that anyone who is associated with the University of Oklahoma is completely stupid and and always acts like a dumbass 24/7.

tard wrangler

Person who's job it is to corral or otherwise guide a group of "slow or special people" while they are being transported from place-to-place (usually via foot).

While at the zoo, I saw a tard wrangler attempting to wrangle a stray tard when he bolted from the group near the monkey cage.
