First used in the Brittish TV show Spaced.
If someone is telling a boring story "Skip to the end" can be used to speed things up.

Daisy: Dear Tim - Please forgive the letter; I'm feeling a bit confused. Everything seems to have changed recently. We all seem to be drifting apart like leaves from once-green oak -
