An anti-social goon, seriously lacking in any form of social skills. Commonly associated with "shladish" behaviour (see shlad). Often will make weak excuses to not go out with the lads, such as "I have an assignment to hand in tomorrow" - when of course they don't. In addition, well know for putting girlfriend before mates. A generally useless discussion section for a class at Princeton University. Large classes meet once a week in precepts, in addition to lecture. Precepts used to be taught by professors, but the quality has declined and they're now generally useless and taught by grad students.
