A small government formed by inside jokes between 3 friends and has evolved into a full blown cult and has successfully collected taxes, and created multiple fake identities to be used at their own disposal. All of the military officials and acronyms for government services form innapporpiate, vulgar, or stupid words. This country was originally founded at a middle school on a chromebook. Their principles combine the worst parts of communist, capitalist, and socialist ideals.

COC, Center of Commands and Operations (a dos prompt app)
WENIS, Willemstan Entertainment, News, and Informational Services, a pirate radio station
