One who Sings way too loud for his own good. Usually a wingalow will be very obnoxious and loud. usually a wingalow will be very tall and skinny or small and chubby.

Origin: A word conjured up by Mariah P. of Surrey BC, Canada whilst protesting against the mating of wiggers and emos in 2006.

Wigalo means a male prostitue that has elements of wigga about him. Wigalo is a word which is a mix of "wigga" and "jigalo" hence the word "wigalo". Used as a mild insult or even a word used between friends.

Person1:"Your a dick"
