An English Teddy Bear with long legs, arms, and wears only a little red scarf. His name is really "Wiggly" when spoken in western english. He has a very harsh english accent and loves to torment people for ghetto blasters. Wigala has been missing since the mid 1990's and the only remnants are small fluffs of polyurethane scattered throughout his former home.
