I saw a drink at Tully's coffee that was called a "swirkle" so I thought it would make a good sex act, like donkey punch for example. My buddy came up with a really disgusting definition and it goes something like this.... A swirkle is when you vomit in a chick's mouth and then stir it with your erection.
And you have to be a dumb frat guy to qualify for swirkle privileges.
