Surveillism

A fetish based on the arousal of being watched privately by a familiar person or multiple familiar people; being observed during sexual acts by an intimate partner or multiple partners or friends.

A subset of exhibitionism, Surveillism makes the distinction in the thrill of being 'seen' rather than being on 'display;' of being viewed by a select person or curated group rather than open-range exhibition, with an emphasis on intimacy. It is a more accurate opposite of 'voyeur,' as it alludes to a certain privacy while being watched.

"Jennifer is an exhibitionist, so she has an OnlyFans account to get her off; but James is into surveillism, so he only sends videos to his boyfriend and girlfriend, who are voyeurs."

Mass Surveillance

When that guy who is watching you through your camera from the van parked outside your bedroom is waiting to diddle you, but everything is made in China and the facial recognition on your end reports you to the government for stalking him.
