A specific type of Tourette's Syndrome in which those afflicted sing whatever comes to his or her mind. Most often done at the top of the lungs. Easily confused with more common obnoxious scatting.

I thought that man at Target was simply trying to be annoying. It turns out he has Skiddlydoobop Syndrome. What's good is that he's got an awefully nice voice.
