The remaining 10-20% of tobacco in a cigarette after the rest has been smoked.

Generally used when asking someone to give you this part of their cigarette.

*Person A is smoking a cigarette*
Moocher: hey can I get shorts on that?
Person A: sure
*Person A smokes 90% of the cigarette then gives the rest to Moocher to finish*
