Sungha Jung (or Seongha Jeong) is a rising YouTube celebrity, a guitar "prodigy", Korean Justin Bieber and an andriod. He was created on September 2, 1996 by a mad Korean scientist as a mean to counteract rising J-pop popularity. His original plan was to make Sungha Jung an international pop sensation, but there was an error with the voice box chip that rendered his singing ability permanently damaged.
