Ruiss Modds

A Ruiss Modds is a type of person. If you are classified as a "Roo Modds" this means that you are very tall, and or goofy. You have an odd sense of humor, being that you are not funny at all, but people laugh most when they are around a Ruiss Modds type person. Most people from this group are either from Italian or German heritages. (sometimes both)

Frankenstein, Big Foot, Herman Munster are all examples of a Ruiss Modds
