When you know you need to shet but you refuse to get up. You continue to hold your shit causing to you to have pain and possibly causing you to bleed from your anus.

Subject one: ahhh I really need to shit but I don't wanna get up.

Subject two: Oh no bro you are poopcrastinating. Get up and go take a shit.

Poocrastinating

When one does not want to deal with a situation or work or experiencing stress that one does not want to deal with, and so your body produces fecal matter to keep you in your safe space, the bathroom. The one place no one can blame you of procrastinating... cause bodily functions.

Joy has too much work to get to today so she has been in the bathroom Poocrastinating.
