French word to describe someone who will flirt/kiss/fuck with as many people as they can without having a serious relationship, but will get mad at others who do the same. They will tease everyone and not care about the consequences that it can bring to others.

- Omg Tokyo in "la casa de papel" is a fucking "Agace-pissette"!
- Why?
- Because she teases Rio but doesn't want to commit like he does, but then she gets mad when she sees him with Allison! And then she goes to flirt with Denver even tho he has a girlfriend!
