A type of boss who you loathe so much...words like: asshole, bastard, prick, shithead etc. are simply not enough and have become understatements to describe them.
They seem to favor male employees over female ones because, they talk to you and your team like you don't know much about anything to do with the job...except you yourself have been working there for 6.5 years and have been training new employees off and on since your first 6 months of employment.

He speaks to female employees as though they're dumb as af and treats them like they don't know how to do their jobs. He shows very little respect for how hard we work and has yet to thank us for all we've done over the years for the establishment.
