Bad NIMBYism: Fighting the development of a nearby tall building because it might block your view; opposing a new subway line or water tunnel, which would benefit the city for years to come, because of construction noise in your neighborhood; opposing the expansion of the museum across the street because of minor inconveniences, even though it's the primary reason that your property is so valuable. As soon as they get home they forget about the outside world and go into their room dark room which smells like ass.
you can identify them by the way they act when someone mentions Fifa, they get extremely excited and tell others proudly that they play Fifa for hours on end without stopping. Sometimes they can go on for days without stopping and they are always behind on their work. This makes them frustrated at others and they can't control their emotions.
Fifa Nitty's become more deluded as time goes by, their speech becomes broken and they sound like a motorbike trying to start on a cold Monday morning.
