It is a reference to a cancelled Kanye “Ye” West’s song named “Heil H*tler” (HH), but is now commonly abbreviated to “NHH” (N***a Heil H*tler).
It is most commonly used on Instagram Reels posts, and is put as a loophole to avoid comments being reported/people not being able to understand the meaning behind it.
