Negative: "It's like there's a party in my mouth, and everyone's throwing up."

A synonym for fellatio popularised by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's character Borat.
Due to Borat's limited understanding of English, he creates his own synonyms, presumably translations of Khazak phrases.
