The small religion based in Long Island devoted to worshipping Laika, the Russian space dog who braved her way to space and died lol. These people are considered "laikaists" and also love smash mouth, especially the song "all star"

Laika

The 8th track of the "World World World" Album by Asian Kung-Fu Generation. This song was written in rememberance of Laika, the first dog lauched into space with the Sputnik II. Laika was meant to be giving poisoned food after 4 days in Space but died much earlier due to over heating in the launch.
