Is a name give to girl who dosnt know how to get mad at people so she just doesn't talk to them for a few hours (after she sees this I'm bet you she's gonna do this). Then says she's still mad at you but bored so she talks again. People with this name should change it to jawaria since it is easier to spell. The person with this name also gets "mad" to fast. They also call you a bully even when u didn't do any thing wrong. They also are really annoying sometimes. They have also been known to giggle alot.
